The PowerPoint introduction teaches students the basics of website evaluation and why it’s important. There is a slide with vocabulary words and one slide for each of the rules. The PowerPoint can not be edited.
I also included a list of hoax websites that you can use with students to illustrate the importance of website evaluation. There is also a list of credible websites that you can use for comparison. There are links to 2 videos that I have used in the past that also review the topic.
The worksheets can be used as a review or assessment to check the student’s understanding of the concepts.
