Students will learn about winter sports and games with these print and digital research task cards. The questions were created using the World Book Online Encyclopedia Kids Edition. Students can also use the internet or other reference sources to find the answers. The digital task cards are in Google Slides.
Every task card has a fact on it about the history of the winter games, the athletes and the different sports. Students will read the fact and then answer 3 questions related to that fact. Once the student has found the answer, they can write it on the recording sheet. You can have students answer just one question from each card, two questions or all three. By having three different questions you can easily differentiate. The digital task cards are identical to the print version.
Includes 2 bonus graphic organizers for students to research an athlete or a sport of the winter games. The graphic organizers come in both print and digital versions.
